INFRASTRUCTURE AND ONE STOP CENTER UNIT – SERVICES
The Infrastructure and One Stop Center Unit of Nyamasheke District facilitates efficient service delivery in land management, infrastructure development, and investment-related services. The Unit provides the following key services:
1. Land Notary Services
- Provide notary services related to land transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support clients in processing land documents and ensuring legal compliance in land-related matters.
2. Planning, Coordination, and Performance Management
- Coordinate planning, budgeting, resource mobilization, implementation of activities, and performance reporting of the Unit.
- Supervise staff and ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
3. Land Use and Infrastructure Development
- Coordinate the development and implementation of strategies that localize national policies and District Council decisions related to land use and infrastructure.
- Support sustainable land management and infrastructure development initiatives within the District.
4. Advisory and Coordination Services
- Provide technical advice to District leadership on matters related to land use, infrastructure, and service delivery.
Participate in the District Technical Coordination Committee and report on performance progress.
